Although there is no formal entrance exam for overseas students, DPS Pinjore reserves the right to evaluate each applicant to determine acceptance and appropriate placement. Fill the Application form, scan and e-mail us the scanned application form along with followings:-   a) One copy of the birth certificate,   b) One copy of the latest school report and   c) 12 recent passport-sized photographs of the student and his/her parents or guardians with negatives. (Please paste the photographs and do not staple them). 3. Send the original hard copies by mail to: Delhi Public School, Himshikha Colony, Pinjore District Panchkula, Haryana. 4. Please enclose a draft for Euros $ 50 for along with the Application form. The Draft must be drawn in favour of "Delhi Public School" payable at Chandigarh, India. Alternatively, you may wire transfer the amount. Places on the waiting list are determined by the date on which we receive all of the requested admissions documentation - including the Application Fee, copy of passport and the reports from the current school. Parents whose children are offered places will have a specific period of time in which to confirm their acceptance by paying the Registration Fee. In the event of failure to register within the allocated period, the school reserves the right to move to the next candidate on the list. 6. Please note that submission of a filled-in Application Form does not guarantee admission to the School. The decision of the School in this regard is final and binding. 7. List of documents required at the time of joining for NRI / Overseas students seeking admission to DPS Pinjore are:   - Copy of passport and visa.   - Registration proof from the Indian Embassy.   - School leaving certificate from the previous school.   - Character certificate from the previous school   - One attested copy of original birth certificate of child. Student Visa NRI / Overseas students are requested to contact the nearest Indian diplomatic mission for complete information related to travel, health, and other essential documents required. However, The Indian Consulates normally require International students coming to India to furnish the following documents:   1. Valid Passport and Student Visa - Regular or Provisional   2. Confirmed letter of acceptance or a provisional admission certificate from DPS Pinjore   3. Financial statements as proof of availability of sufficient funds for the duration of studies in India   4. Health certificate and AIDS-free certificate Information regarding customs and baggage rules is available with the Indian diplomatic missions abroad. Students are advised to consult these rules before coming to India   Overseas Students Counselling Cell   - The Overseas Students' Co-ordinator provides advice on student visas, guardian issues, travel arrangements, Co-ordination of ticketing arrangements for students arriving from their respective countries.   - Students or their parents, who anticipate the requirement of foreign exchange, should notify the School Principal, with a written letter from the parent/guardian a week before the date of travel.   - Passports will be kept in the safe custody of School office. Children requiring their passports should notify the office at least 24 hours in advance.   - Incase children require pickup from the airport they must notify the school 15 days in advance.
